How to Download
1. Log-in to your WordPress account.
2. Find the tab labeled Extend and click on it.
3. Click "Themes Directory".
4. Enter "Ahimsa" in the search text field. Click on the "Search Themes" button or press the Enter button.
5. Choose the theme you want among the search results (if there is more than one).
6. Click Download.
How to Add a Custom Header
1. Go to your blog.
2. Click on Site Admin (or Theme Admin in some cases).
3. Click Presentation.
4. Click on the tab labeled "Custom Image Header".
5. Browse through your files and locate the image you wish to use as custom header.
6. Click Upload. If your image is not exactly of 885 x 125 pixels, crop it first then click the Crop Header button.
7. You should see a successful upload notification.
8. Click on Refresh.
9. Enjoy your new header!
